HI, thank you for allowing me to join. I have a problem with emails going to the delete box when I haven't clicked the delete box. I put a tick in the box next to the email I wish to delete, I then click delete button and it randomly deletes the email below(sometimes 2nd one below) the one I have selected as well. It is very frustrating as I have to check what email is below the one I'm deleting before I delete and then check in the deleted items to recover it. I have tried to contact yahoo... Since I created 2 proton.me email accounts, their system detected as abuse and blocked access. After back and forth with their support, they would not even allow me temporary access so I can read my mail and then close the account properly. What is wrong with these email sites, no warning no nothing, soon as they suspect anything, they block you!!! Safer to stick to gmail ,yahoo or hotmail, at least if they suspect anything, they will warn you ..read more

I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to delete my mail.com but with no avail. I keep getting a stupid error ghat something is wrong!!!! I use a Yahoo mail account via my AT&T internet service. I would like to set up a vacation response. According to Yahoo instructions, I am to go to Settings (gear button in Yahoo webmail) and then to More settings to find the vacation response function. However, when I am in Safari, my default browser, when I click on More settings I just get a blank page (except for the Currently/Yahoo banner at the top). I have been a member of Mail.com for many years. My email address was jefferywinkler@mail.com. Recently, through no fault of my own, probably a computer virus infected the servers at Mail.com, and without my knowledge, through no fault of my own, spam was being sent from my email address. Hi! I'm not sure how long this has been going on but can you please tell me what happens to my emails that I read (after being read, the subject used to just to turn light grey rather than bold)? Once I've read them and go back to the main screen, that email now disappears. Where do they go? I've never made any rules for the mail to go anywhere. This is very unnerving.
