I am getting really tired of locking up my firearms traveling through the NY City limits to go upstate. What does it take to get the NYC "Endorsement" on a NYS Carry License. Do you have to fill out the whole Permit application, and $430 in fees?

Hi Everyone, I am retired and cleaning out. I do not reload anymore but have reloading equipment I want to sell, namely bullets, primers, 1 lb. unopened powder and a lot of once fired brass. Can this be made through a private sale? I did a search on the CCIA and searched reloading and components and found nothing pertaining to that. can anyone advise? Thanks and have a blessed Monday ..read more

Folks:
SB 367/AB1486 was just signed by the governor and backtags are no longer required, while hunting, anywhere in NYS.
Hunters will not get a backtag, with their 2024-25 hunting license. In addition, all licenses and tags will, now, be printed on plain paper.
The special Valeron® material will no longer be used. Carcass tags must still be filled out, dated, signed and attached to the animal. So, additional care will need to be taken, to protect them...
