Jo gave the galley doors a 2nd coat, whilst I gave the fleet number a 2nd coat of blue, nearly finished, I just need to do the fleet number lining so Jo can varnish the cabin sides. Not looking good for finishing though with the predicted weather  ☹️⛈  Keith & Jo Welcome aboard our working boat Hadar. Pull up a chair and join as we cruise the waterways of the UK selling coal.  Early start on the painting this morning. Jo gave the galley doors a 1st coat of gloss white and touched up the red, blue and white coach line.  Jo and I have been busy this morning and early afternoon painting Hadar. Whilst Jo got on with rubbing down and primering, I cracked on with touching up the signwriting. Not the easiest location to do such delicate work, and towards the end, with the heat from the sun, the paint was getting decidely stiffer. ?️ ? Keith & Jo Welcome aboard our working boat Hadar.  This morning Jo and I made a start on repainting the port cabin sides. First we tackled the galley door where the weather strip has come away from the door. After Jo attacked the rust, I drilled 3 holes then screwed the strip to the wood behind the door to pull the gap in. Then Jo used filler and rubbed down rust spots on the rest of the cabin. ?
