Wow. There is some acting going on in that hospital. The D'Emmy for Best Performance From a Hospital Bed has to go to Esme, but Austin was able to deliver the sass from his bed, and that's not easy. Heather was at her best as a completely unhinged but loving (?) mom. And Ava and Spencer! So many layers. If not for the matter of the bonked Nikolas, it almost seems as though they could be pals.
