We have not done a show in ages. But decided to go to Boston open show and Boston Championship show.  Then today Sunday we stewarded for the Whippet Club. Eddie went to Boston open show and won 1st place in Junior.  Maverick went to Boston Champ show and won 3rd place, which is a crufts qualified place in Open class and then he won his stud book number.  This means he does not have to go to champ shows to qualify as he is automatically qualified.  Willow was 2nd in Yearling bitch and she qualified for Crufts 25. Last week we lost our Bracco Yennefer who was our introduction to the breed.  Yennefer was the sweetest dog with people and she is missed so greatly.  Her nudge at the table, her sitting in front of me and not moving so I had to fuss her in the paddock.  Before whispers start it was NOTHING hereditary and she had excellent vet care from early in the morning.  I feel totally lost with out her.  I know people say oh but you've got others you're okay.!! We have been having a break from showing our dogs.  I was pleased as punch the other week that Silvstre Golden Dragon qualified for Crufts 2025.  Lucca is a superb specimen of the breed and owned and loved by Sandra and Malcom. We will be back to the show ring again, but we are not doing many this year.
