I've read a lot about people using their truckmount carpet cleaners with spinners for cleaning tile and grout. I clean more high-rise apartment and office carpets, so I just have a portable steam carpet cleaner.
We've been getting more into hard flooring, vct strip & wax, etc, to the point where I want to get an autoscrubber. Could I use one such as the Powr-Flite CAS16 to clean tile & grout effectively?

I've got some 8 year old sanded bathroom floor grout that started out white but has gotten dingy over the years. It's 1" hexagon tile so it would be impossible to scrub all those lines.
What's a good brand and product for recoloring my grout back to white? It's been a while since I've looked into grout cleaning products and I'm guessing there's newer technologies out there I'm not aware of.

Hey everyone!
We use a several brands of floor scrubbers to help us clean up the floors at a school. During the winter, the snow melt salt is a challenge
to keep up with, and we've tried vinegar in our machines to help break it down. It worked alright, but we got in trouble for using it in the floor scrubber, but mopping with it was alright. We also use a general purpose cleaner, but it works okay but doesn't always break down the salt left on the floor. What kinds of cleaner might you use...
