Camp Ahmek for boys opened in 1921, and Camp Wapomeo for girls opened in 1924. The Taylor Statten Camps’ journey started more than 100 years ago. We have seen thousands of children often from multiple generations of the same family pass through our two summer camps. They have many stories to tell and fond memories that they cherish. We held our first TSC New Parents Information Session on February 10 2022. It was a resounding success and a very positive and happy event. There were 70 families in the session, representing a mix of first-time camp families and alumni parents. This first session was productive and informative and the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive.
