Hello. I recently purchased a CX4 Storm 9mm carbine. I love the gun and it has performed flawlessly after 400 rounds. My CX4 uses the 92FS mags, not the PX4 mags. I recently purchased a second magazine for the gun on eBay. The new magazine is an authentic Beretta 92FS in 10 rounds (same size as my original clip). I noticed that when inserting the empty new magazine into the gun and racking the charging handle, the bolt does not stay in the open/back position, like it should... Hey Guys! I just bought a CX4 .40 Police trade in carbine for under $500… so of course I’m considering grabbing a PX4 Ex-cop gun, which sells for under $400 on G.B. To keep it company! Just because I am one of “those”, guys…. Does anyone know if a 9mm Cougar slide, will work on the .40 Storm lower? My shop has a used APX A1 in on consignment. It's the full sized model with the case and everything as new. It is in a FDE frame, with the black frame in a package. I guess the owner bought a $50 frame and switched it out. I've seen some good reviews on Youtube. What do you guys think? The guys at the shop tell me the owner is a guy who buys alot of guns but tends to over spend, then bring some back to have enough cash to make it to the next payday.
