Yesterday, Snow White accompanied Joel of World Childhood on a visit to meet Ms. Tarn of the Christian Care Foundation for Children with Disabilities (CCD) for a mid-term project update. Tarn is the Deputy Director of CCD, following in her lovely parents’ footsteps. She is managing the project newly funded by World Childhood to safeguard the children in their care on-site and off-site and promote alternative care, shifting away from institutionalized care.
