In dealing with PTSD over the years I've found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy really benefited me the most. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who suffers from PTSD or even depression and anxiety. It helped me to better understand my emotions and control my reactions to negative stimuli through a technique called "Reframing".
I've also learned a technique called "Grounding" which really helps when I'm experiencing flash backs or intense anxiety. Grounding techniques turn attention away from...

After 15 years of faithful service to the coffee bean industry im thinking of giving the stuff up. It use to be a positive habit that brightened my day and it really helped with ptsd. Now it does little more than make me feel anxious or tired. But its been in my life so long that i feel like it will be a habit that's hard to break so I just wanted some different perspectives. Who here has actually quit caffeine? Was it a positive transition for you? Did you attack your coworker with a...

The best therapy I know for dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Depression is to get outdoors and exercise. Walk the dogs, jogging, riding bikes are a big part of my life.
I don't listen to the little voice that gives me excuses why I shouldn't exercise. I just go and I'm always glad I did when I finish. I load up my vape and get moving outdoors. "Cold or Hot" I get out and ride my bike every day and 3 big rides a week. I walk my dogs and still jog and it helps sooo much. I'm...

So I tested positive for Covid earlier this week, probably should have stopped smoking due to that but my case is very mild so I did not. Maybe on my 4th or 5th day in, which was two days ago I had a little rip off a pipe after work and I got really spaced out and uncomfortable.
I am susceptible to weed induced anxiety and this was a little like that. Felt onset of sensory overload and a bit of depersonilzation all at once. Almost like the onset of a trip coming on anxious. I'll desribe it...

Woke up today. Toilet, totally loose. No structure at all. Actually shaking a little bit. Yesterday I had a chat with someone I care much about. I told more details and more in deepth about some of the memories. I had to make that day end early.
I have been joking to some hear on the forum that I havent waked and baked for some time. Started doing that a couple of week ago again. Wake up early and bring out the indica. Slow start, good start. Just like an diesle engine. A big one too in an...
