The Best Way to Learn How to eFoil: Fliteschool Review

After attending a Fliteschool at Bayfoils and Efoil Oahu, I can say from experience and recommend that everyone should take a professional class if they have any interest in Efoils. My wife had zero board experience and was able to pick up how to eFoil in under 30 minutes. It was a fun, safe, professional, and unforgettable experience. Thanks to Fliteschools, I can now share my passion for efoiling with my wife! When I first saw videos of people on those futuristic looking electric hydrofoils, or eFoiling for short, I was intrigued and mesmerized. I was perplexed by how someone could float two ..read more

Long time fans of my channel will know I’ve been pretty critical of Future Motion. I’ve been a huge fan of the Onewheel while also being a huge critic and for this reason I didn’t know how I’d be received. But it was the Onewheel that inspired me to start this YouTube channel which has grown in ways I never imagined, and for this I am grateful. I am also grateful for the time I was banned from commenting on the Onewheel YouTube channel, a little snafu which I’ll share in a video below. Honestly, at the time, getting banned by the very company that made the product which my YouTube channel revo ..read more

The BLUETTI EP500 Pro is the largest electric generator we have reviewed. With a massive 5120 watt hour battery, it is able to keep your fridge running for up to 4 days without needing to be recharged and is a great choice for off-grid needs. With the recent blackouts and brownouts affecting the power grid due to a shortage of transformers, natural disasters, and unstable power grids, the BLUETTI EP500 Pro gives us peace of mind to keep our electronics going. On top of being a great backup for when the power goes out, it allows us to charge our PEVs on the go. However, the huge weight and size ..read more

The Scoop on Future Motion’s Latest Self-Sabotage

2022 has been a dumpster fire for Future Motion, the makers of the Onewheel. The funny thing is, just about all of the wounds seem to be self inflicted. Below is a guest article from butoursgoto11 which was posted on Reddit. The original article below was written for those outside the Onewheel community, because Future Motion’s approach to stifling competition has greater potential impacts beyond our fun little toys. 3/27/2022 We’re all familiar with companies like Tesla and John Deere that want to control the repair market for their products. What if a company took it one step further, beyond ..read more

Is the Onewheel GT Ghosting Problem Real or Overblown?

What is Onewheel Ghosting? Ghosting is when a Onewheel fails to deactivate and continues to self balance and power forward despite the rider having dismounted the board. The Onewheel system does not recognize that the rider is no longer on the board and will continue forward, sometimes at max speed over 20 miles an hour until it runs in to something or falls on to its side. Onewheel ghosting is one of my worst fears. A 30 pound missile could destroy property, injure a pedestrian, or run into traffic. Never have we seen so many complaints about Onewheel ghosting with any other model release tha ..read more

The New Onewheel GT: Early Review

The Onewheel GT is fast, crushes hills, has nice concave front and rear footpads, better grip, and feels stable cruising at 17-19 mph. Pushback is real, and makes going over 20 mph a chore. The GT evokes the flow state we all know and love. My first day on the Onewheel GT The torque feels great and and it can crush hills. The skrrrttt sound of the tire burning out when you land a bonk is so satisfying. Yes, it’s more powerful than a CBXR/JWXR if you’ve been wondering. Taking it on a familiar trail it was noticeably easier to power through certain sections – in particular anything with some ele ..read more
