Alarm?  Do tell. When I replaced my stock 750W G060 rear wheel with a 2,000W G062, I ditched the 25A controller & replaced it with a 100A KT, which has inputs for a standard electric motorcycle alarm that kills battery, locks motor and senses movement Category: Cheetah - Café racer ..read more

I always turn off my batteries while charging. Mostly because they're hooked up to a 12V step-down which powers the LEDs, USBs, alarm & GPS tracker. Before I converted the batteries to 52V with anti-spark xt90 connectors, the stock 48V battery would sometimes spark if I accidentally plugged in the charger while the battery was in the "ON" position. Thanks, Simon!  After hanging around some other forums for years, I try to give complete answers and often try to guess at any follow-up questions and then answer them too.  (Since I had to puzzle out how to get the controls off the old bars without disconnecting or unplugging anything, I guessed others might wonder too!)    IF the OP  can go back and edit the title, that would be great -- but I've seen that we only have an hour or so to edit a POST, so I'm not sure how long we can edit titles.    I'll give it a day or two in case the OP can edit the ti ..read more

What a great post RD. Comprehensive, generous, and thoughtful. Nailed it :-)   it’s a shame this thread doesn’t have a helpful subject title. Any chance you could cut and paste your reply into a new thread titled something catchy like “Handlebars” ;-) Category: Cheetah - Café racer ..read more

Hello everyone, listen...I'm trying to decide on some badass but yet still classy handlebars to go on my beautiful baby Lucille and I would like to know if there are any suggestions or advice that anyone could help me out with when it comes to this part being changed? Yeah, so...like what types of measurements would anyone suggest like length or  the size of each  hole at each end? Something along those lines. And if anyone has any awesome pics of some handlebar change outs I would love to see them for comparison purposes.  Thanks for listening...God bless? (You really should ..read more

I don't remember off hand, but check the other # of topics on suspension seat posts & you can find the specs there. Something you should truly consider anyway. Really, in my opinion, almost a must have. Category: Cheetah - Café racer ..read more

Did you see my detailed reply in the first thread where you asked this?    https://forum.revibikes.com/post/cheetah-cafe-racer-elite-seat-post-13359322?trail=15   When I got home the other day I pulled my stock seatpost out of my parts pile and it is indeed stamped 30.4 which means that it's 30.4mm in diameter, and your seatpost SHOULD have the same stamp as in this photo:     https://forum.revibikes.com/album?action=show_picture&fileid=8766523   Also, what exactly is a Cheetah Cafe Racer "Elite?" As far as I can see, it's the same Cheetah Plus that most ..read more
