Our annual optometry trivia competition. On April 10th, the American Optometric Student Association (AOSA) Trustee, Alin Torosian, and Treasurer, Muhammad Muhanna, held the annual buzzer-based trivia competition known as Quiz Bowl to put Berkeley Optometry students’ optometry knowledge to the test. Drew Salmon, third-year optometry student, is this year’s Quiz Bowl champion. Dean Flanagan presides over installation of new board of directors and accepts the proclamation from Mayor Jesse Arreguín. Congrats, Dr. Cade Oost! We are proud to announce that our resident, Dr. Cade Oost, has been selected as the 2024 recipient of the Bill Mattingly Memorial Low Vision Scholarship. Dr. Oost is the Ian L.
