Dr. Paul Wood was convicted of murder as an 18 year old, after a drug deal gone wrong. During his time in prison, he completing a degree in psychology and philosophy, before eventually gaining a PhD in psychology. He is the first New Zealander to get a PhD in prison. Paul was released from prison after serving 11 years and now uses his experience in leadership and organisational development.
