Michael Gambon
The Great Michael Gambon
My caricature tribute to the great Michael Gambon who has died aged 82. Probably best known as playing professor Albus Dumbledore in the Harry Potter movies. Their are such wonderful tributes from all fellow thespians that have known him. Emma Watson thanked Sir Michael for “showing us what it looks like to weear greatness lighty” and Daniel Radcliffe said the brilliant, effortless actor “loved his job but never seemed defined by it”. The Great Gambon had a 60 year career in acting but interestingly never had any formal training as an actor.

My caricature of Luis Rubiales after a very unfortunate event, that is known as the kiss that shook spain and global football. Luis kissed Jenni Hermoso on the lips that she says wasn’t consensual. He has finally resigned from his position as spains football federation president.

James Anderson
It’s an Ashes summer 2023 and with that news, here is my caricature tribute to the great cricketer James Anderson. The king of swing and is regarded as the greatest fast bowler of all time, and is the highest fast bowler wicket taker of all time. With prolific consistency over two decades, Jimmy continues to match the very best in the workd at the age of 40. It’s lucky he wears a England shirt.

Stan Lee
Stan Lee Legacy
My caricature tribute to the late Stan Lee who died some 5 years ago but would have recently turned 100. Stan Lee or Stanley was the co-creator of marvel comics and created superheros including spiderman, the Xmen. The fantastic four, most of the avengers (hulk, Ironman, Thor) and is still inspiring new generations to flock to the cinema to this day. With such an incredible legacy, the recent Stan Lee documentary explores in his own words his story, and through personal archive material. Its very interesting for a Stan lee fan and I recommend watching it.

Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield
Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield
This caricature is inspired by Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield. Watching kevin run alongside Rob in his wheelchair at the recent Leeds marathon, and then kevin carrying Rob over the finishing line I thought was a beautiful and symbolic of there friendship and journey together. Rod Burrow was diagnosis with Motor neutone disease in December 2019 and has led kevin Sinfield to embark on a series of epic charity running challenges, to aid his friend and others with the condition. To date he has raised over £2.7m towards MND causes.
