Chris was so anxious before departing and you and Jonny went above and beyond to anticipate her needs, assuage her fears and in general took charge of her care with prescient intervention. Your well-honed intuition of her needs was almost telepathic. Chris told me later it was as if you knew exactly what she needed at the time she needed it. Amazing.    Your kindness, good cheer and positive outlook were evident from the start and most of her anxiety was eased before she left the hospital bed. You both represent the perfect marriage of career and skill set. Although it may be u ..read more

My father needed an air ambulance from the Bahamas to Ft. Lauderdale, and your team was amazing. I cannot thank you enough for the service you all provided and the care you delivered to him and my mom. They truly couldn’t stop raving about how incredible your team was, from the pilots to the emergency crew… we honestly don’t think he would be alive if it weren’t for your team. In the beginning of the pandemic, it took some time to figure out the virus, and how to properly manage and transport those with Covid-19. Luckily, we were able to figure that out sooner rather than later. The next issue on the table was cleaning! The questions were: how do we properly clean these aircraft? All are valid questions and concerns that everyone should have, especially if you are flying inside these aircraft on a routine basis. Cleanliness standards Prior to the pandemic, the cleaning product that ..read more

In 2018, I needed to transport myself and two family members during a health emergency. I’d never done anything like this before. I asked around and searched online. I was referred to REVA and received quotes from two other firms. REVA’s customer service team impressed me from the start. The quote was clear with no extra fees or surprises. REVA staff calmly explained my choices and gave me confidence they’d care for the patient and us – not treat us like a commodity. They were proactive in the days leading up to the trip, knowing I needed reassurance. From the moment the team arrived at the ho ..read more

Sean Bryan, Director of Medical Operations – Western Hemisphere at REVA, Inc talks about equipment, training, and preparedness when it comes to transporting patients with mechanical ventilation needs It certainly has been a long two years, but we would like to think we are through the roughest parts and there is light at the end of the tunnel. In April 2022 my wife and I were on a Viking cruise from Zurich to Paris when she fell on a cobblestone street in Cochem, Germany and suffered a traumatic Brain injury (TBI).  She was transferred to a hospital in Koblenz, Germany for surgery to relieve the pressure on her brain caused by bleeding.  After six days in the hospital she was discharged and joined me in the hotel I had chosen after leaving the ship.   We then had to figure out how to return to the United States and we called the travel insurance company Viking had selected to cover our trip.  Communicati ..read more
