Since my return home a week or so ago I have been seeing rave reviews of DAWN Powerwash spray. I’m particularly interested for Milady Wife having purchased and learning to use a CUISINART TOA-60 air fryer toaster oven. It’s inside top surface is gonna be a real PITA to clean and keep clean for baked on grease.
DAWN dishwashing detergent is about the most convenient and cheapest of detergent surface acting agents. DAWN DW with a bit of alcohol and water for viscosity seems to be very...

I am looking to add PPF on the head lights as they are expensive to replace.
XPEL is known for offering pre-cut PPF films on vehicles, but they do not have one for head lights (nor tail lights).
Has anyone found a quality PPF film for our head lights? I know shops can do it custom, but if there’s a high quality pre-cut PPF from a reputable brand - I can install them myself.

I spent the three day weekend doing paint correction on my 2016 X5 Black Sapphire Metallic. I bought the car about 2 months ago with 82k miles. It has been an AZ & NV car its whole life and so has a lot road rash and issues on the hood and front bumper. I obviously cannot resolve these issues with just paint correction. But I am happy with my results, car looks great, and my effort was worth it.
Steps I followed:
1) Car wash and dry - Pressure wash and foam cannon using...

Hello All,
Does anyone have any recommendations on a good spray wax or sealant? Something that is easy to work with, in other words, non-streaking! I'm a retired professional automotive detailer, btw.
I still apply a liquid wax (Meguiars) or sealant (Wolfgang) to our vehicles every few months or so. But I used to use Eagle One Wax-As-U-Dry or Eagle One Nano spray wax after every car wash. I absolutely loved those products but I can no longer locate them. So, does anyone have any...

Hi Everyone,
I'm having my M850 coupe and my LC 500 treated with PPF on the front ends and a full detail with light paint correction. I'm picking the BMW up tomorrow and was just thinking to myself, do I tip the guy? I'm dealing with the owner / operator of the business and it's a small very professional place. I always tip at the carwash for the drying crew and mobile car wash / detail guys, but this seems more like a professional service to me...like $3k, so just wondering what the...

So, went out this afternoon, and went to work clearing the now ice packed snow, the top, was rock hard so I used the window scraper side of the snow shovel
(see pic) and I suddenly realised I could have been making marks,,, so stopped immediately , in fact I did, about 6 or 7 long marks from drivers side to about middle, I tried rubbing with my gloved finger to no effect.
The rest of the ice I realized if I just hit it hard enough, it broke apart due to the bouncyness of the material
WHY...
