Hey everyone,I recently experienced a bit of a parking blunder involving my Audi. While attempting to park alongside my vehicle, my ex accidentally collided with the left side, resulting in some exterior damage. The impact caused the headlight to dislodge, and there are visible dents and scratches on the front fender. Additionally, the hood alignment has been compromised, and a decorative vent was knocked loose, although I managed to reattach it.
Fortunately, the car's driving performance remains unaffected. However, I'm looking into getting everything repaired and am seeking an estimated cos ..read more

Hello, I have a SQ8, the rear cargo area has a small clip for the retractable cover to be attached to. The cargo door panel when the clip came off broke. The new clip won't mount.
Does anyone have any experience with gluing the interior plastic panels on the doors? What type of plastic, adhesive?

Hello guys! I just got a scratch on my 2019 Audi Q8 with Daytona Gray Pearl color (LZ7S). It's on the side front bumper and the wheel well area.
Seems that the scratch might be reaching the paint layer or even deep to the metal layer (though for this two spots it's probably plastic inside?); yes and the wheel rim..
Has anyone dealt with this kind of issue before? Since it's not very serious but also not minor -- should I head to a body shop or DIY?
If I go DIY, are putty and filler needed here? Also, for the paint and clear coat, given the special pearl effect on Daytona Gray Pearl, I ..read more

Wondering if anyone has a favorite product for filling in nicks/gouges on the gloss black trim pieces. ("Piano Black" as I've recently learned)
In my case, I have a 1/2" semi-deep gouge on the rear lip spoiler. It's probably a bit deep for just touch up paint but I have been able to find a filler product that doesn't require paint.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated ..read more

Hey all,
I have a question about winter storage; searched the posts and couldn't find anything, so sorry if it's already been brought up.
I've got a 2018 RS5 that I'm putting away for the winter. Yes...putting in storage. I'm up in Ottawa, Canada and if you know what our winters are like...you'd understand. I don't want to damage anything so asleep she goes! I've got an old 2015 Ford Fusion that I'll be driving in the winter. Salt damage/stone damage, deep/hard snow piles. flying ice...don't care.
Anyways, my question is: I'll be storing it in an unheated storage facility. I know I need to p ..read more
