I took delivery of my Hypersonic Grey metallic last month and have 1000 miles on the car. Mike I see you did work on a Z06 and looking for your experience on best products and practice for polishing or jeweling the paint before I take it in for ppf.
I was looking at doing 3d one on a yellow rupes pad but believe a white may get it done to the gloss I am looking for. Looking for really enhanced gloss and take out any stratches from the factory before the ppf. I really want the best finish...

Feedback from Mobile Tech Expo - 2023
I've seen a number of comments like this...
Posted to 3D Car Care Instagram Page
Let me say this. It's a rant.
I attended the Mobile TECH EXPO education day and it was horrible. The only class you can actually learn something and take it home is in Mike's classes. The entire education day should just consist of a few teachers. Mike Phillips, Yvan LaCroix, Kelly Harris and the Rupes team.
I don't do PDR so I don't know how...

Best way to do headlight correction? Wet sand? Dry sand?
So I get a question via email.
Hey Mike, Good morning.
Doing headlight restoration this week. Do you recommend to dry sand over wetsand on this process? How do you like tackling this. Thoughts on machine or by hand? What protection do you like to go with at the end?
Thanks

What you do depends on how bad the headlight is? IF it's really bad, like the headlights on the Chrysler 300 we...
