I've been allowing myself to just be and letting who I am define my work--- not having my work define me.  Just because I may have failed at something, doesn't mean I'm not capable because I still am. I'm allowing myself to learn from attempts and try again this year. When the year started I had a plan for the how the year would go, now I am allowing myself to just figure it out ..read more

However when these relationships romantic or platonic don’t work out the way we want we can consider them to be failures. I don’t believe in failed relationships I believe that you’re closer to who you’re supposed to be afterward ..read more

This week's episode is about learning how to properly invest in me. This year is coming to a close and it's bittersweet given the times. Within this year I've psyched myself out of doing things because I gave the benefit of the doubt. I've been taking time to understand the beauty of being present within the day and myself.  Learning how to invest in good things because the goal is to always be a better me. Take some time to invest in yourself with some affirmations and some shadow work questions ..read more

Welcome back welcome back! This week’s episode is about my transition period. My breakaway helped me realign my priorities and give myself undivided attention. In the current state of the world and in our personal lives it can feel like a lot on our shoulders. My transition period is teaching me to be patient, still, and most importantly kind to myself.
