Hi there, Could anyone point to some decent royalty free resources for blocks to insert into Solidworks drawings (or Composer) for creating language agnostic assembly instructions (eg warning sign, orientation....)? Hi, does anybody know if/how a library feature can be setup to be used on any plane of a model? I am setting up some library parts for some woodworking elements like plough grooves and dowel holes. My problem is they only seem to work correctly on the plane they are created on. For example, I have a plough groove set into the edge of a part which is drawn on the default front plane. Hi all! Problem with solidworks: I have a new laptop with windows 11 and now there seems to be an issue with the realview function: I can't enable it. I have went through numerous ways trying to do it, but so far with no success. Does anyone have info about solution to this problem? My Solidworks version is 2021, graphics card Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU, and its current driver is 512.36. Hi, I'm very new to this forum. I am experiencing trouble saving a set of composite curves as a parasolid. When I have a wire frame of what I want i click File : Save As and I change the type to parasolid .x_t. On clicking Save an error box comes up saying "The file could not be saved because the part's geometry is not valid for this type of save operation."
