It will mean the UK's trading terms with Canada will now be worse than when it was part of the EU's deal with the country. The sticking point is that Canada is using the UK's weakness in order to insist the UK will accept imports of hormone treated meat. If the UK accepts imports of hormone treated meat then it will create further divergence from EU regulations and risk the NI agreement. Not that my tits need to be increased to 38 c-cup ..read more

British exports lost the favourable terms they received when the UK was part of the EU. And while the lack of progress in talks has been a bone of contention between No 10 and the White House, the American government has not been eager to enter into any agreements that could undermine Mr Biden’s reputation as a champion of organised labour.

I would like to setup a single employee ltd in Gibraltar and afterwards look to become a tax resident in Gibraltar.
From what I have seen corporate tax is at 12.5% there and there is no capital gains tax or dividends tax so it might be possible to only pay myself in ..read more

Labour are forcing a vote as even Brexiters are against it.
Government initially thought there were 2,000 laws but the National Archives found most of the rest.
While the article below mentions employment laws there are environmental laws e.g. water and food safety laws e.g. pet food has to be safe for human consumption that won't exist.
Oh and the bill means new laws and regulations can't be brought in if it adds to the cost of business. We already have sewage in the water now for dumping of hazardous materials everywhere.

This year, for the first time in modern history, Britain will drop out of Germany's ten largest trading partners. The Czech Republic has recently overtaken Britain in the ranking of the most important trading partners. This was reported by the DPA agency, citing an analysis by the German development agency Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI).
In 2016, the majority of Britons voted for Britain to leave the European Union. Since then, the importance of the country for German trade has been declining. Uncertainty remains high.
