Just purchased a new Beretta 694 and in the case there is plastic box with screwdriver for trigger adjustment and a plastic bag with two small round discs approx 1/4” diameter. Anyone know what these discs are for? I looked through entire manual and don’t see any reference.

Been using HotClays at the recommendation of some other users here. I'm liking it, and it does mostly what I want. Except it seems to forget what gun I shoot. I haven't been great about setting equipment before starting the round, so now a bunch of my data is missing that. It wouldn't have been so bad if I only ever used my O/U, but I have my Semi data mixed in, and I'd very much like to filter it out.
I know which rounds should get what data; if they don't have a gun assigned, they should be assigned the O/U. The problem is that it looks like I can't backfill that data. Can I? Like, I can't ..read more

How much of a disadvantage is a 20 gauge when it comes to trap?
Tried a 20 gauge the other day and I couldn’t hit much. Mind over matter? Or is it that big of a difference?

I recently got a Wheelybird and I plan on getting the wobble base soon as well. I bought a 12ah LifePO4 battery for the Wheelybird but the order got delayed and I ended up buying a second one as I needed a battery by the weekend.
How many amps does the wobble base pull? And How long will the 12ah last with the Wheelybird and wobbler added? Trying to figure out if I should keep the second battery for more time on the range with the wobble base in the future or if 12ah will be enough. For reference, I don't ever see myself needing more than 4 hours of the wobbler running.

Might be overthinking this but is it worth putting a small rubber mat at the bottom of my gun safe on the inside? There’s a little bit of the carpet inside the safe but it’s pretty thin.
Also curious to know what you guys do for storage

Hey all,
My son just finished his very first 4-H state tournament this past weekend. Here is his final stat line:
Sporting Clays: 34/50 Skeet: 40/50 Trap: 30/50
I was thoroughly impressed with him seeing as he’s only been shooting 6 months and leading up to the tournament he wasn’t doing too hot in practice.
My question for you all is: do you think it would be beneficial for him to practice with a full choke to get more accurate and consistent? Or would it be better to let him practice with the chokes he’ll use in competition?
4-H didn’t offer shotgun when I was coming up so this is all relat ..read more

Shot my first straight in an NSSA registered shoot, I ended up shooting 177/200 which I think is decent for only shooting skeet for a year!
