Well I'm gonna compete again in middleweight which is max 176 lbs so I have 4 months to drop 26 lbs. It's either that or compete in light heavy at 198 and just shred what I got now and lose maybe 2 lbs. Haven't done this in years so a bit back on forth on category choice ..read more

What is meant by the weight stabilization phase? The weight stabilization phase is the phase where the weight stops changing. Weight plateaus eventually happen to anyone trying to lose weight. However, most people are surprised when they reach this stage, because they are still eating carefully and exercising regularly. The frustrating truth is that even well-planned weight-loss efforts can falter. What causes the weight stabilization phase? Rapid weight loss during the first few weeks... Read more ..read more

I have been in a caloric deficit since mid February. Started at 215lb and finally hit 180lb. 180 was the starting weight of my last bulk. I have learned a great deal since my last cut and bulk, but always looking to learn. When I cut previously I was not eating right and lost too much too fast. Sacrificed a lot of lean mass. Then when I bulked, it was again too much too fast. 30lbs in 3 months. It has taken me 9 months to loose 35lbs, which was really close to my goal of 1lb a week. I ate... Read more ..read more

I am on Tirzepatide, but the effect has worn off. A tolerance break helped slightly, but I would like to try Retatrutide. Companies that sell it mark it as "not for human use" and when I inquired, they asked what I would be using it for. What are some legitimate reasons that people would buy this or other peptides that would satisfy the company selling it ..read more

I'm old, close to 60 and I hate it. Before Covid, I was doing endurance sports, mostly running and biking. I was also lifting. I have never been a body builder like most of you guys but I was lean and had good muscle. I was ~140 pounds then. I'm 5ft 6in. When Covid hit I was in the Northeast, it was too cold to keep running and the gyms were closed, so no treadmill. It's really easy to fall out of good habits when you're locked out of the gym in a frozen tundra. A while ago, I didn't get... Read more ..read more

Semaglutide Vs.Tirzepatide Vs. Retatrutide丨Which one is better on weight loss?

Tirzepatide peptide and Semaglutide (Ozempic) are both in the class of drugs known as incretin mimetics but have some differences. Tirzepatide powder acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, while Semaglutide acts only on GLP-1 receptors; however, both drugs are effective treatments for type 2 diabetes. In direct comparison, Tirzepatide appears to have a broader range of activity due to its dual-action mechanism involving both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Clinical trials have indicated that...
