I've verified with Tauck that on Day 12 of the Rhone Riverboat Cruise (going North) we need to be off the riverboat by 9am but won't take the train to Paris until 2pm. Tauck will not handle storage for carry ons during that time. Ours consist of heavy electronics and a cpap so we don't want to walk around Lyon carrying it. In checking France's train site I've learned that there is luggage storage at one of the two train stations in Lyon. Does anyone know which station Tauck uses ? We are participating in this trip in a few weeks. We have several add on sites we would like to see. We have been told to get tickets prior to getting there to help avoid long lines. Tauck does not add on events, but they did give me their contacts in Rome, Florence, and Venice. I e-mailed each agency for the past two weeks but have not heard from any of them. We returned late Wednesday from this cruise. It was the 1st cruise of the season for Tauck. It was me, my husband, & my cousin - his 1st time to Europe & w/Tauck. We were a little concerned w/it being the 1st cruise of the season and so early in April - but our concerns were quickly laid to rest. A few wrinkles they had to iron out - but it was wonderful.
