Did Mabuchi ever make a FT16 motor with can end drive ? Not referring to the FT16D .....but the FT16 motors ! Igarashi made both End Bell and Can Drive motors without the ball bearing Can End drive. And sure , I have drilled out the brass stopper , added a 16D armature with Can End drive , and the motors work fine . But I'm referring to original supply . Zig ..read more

Here, from the slot car museum is a scarce set by Yonesawa of Japan. Its called Grand Loop Course. It Contains two 1/43rd scale slot cars. A Nissan Silvia and a Corvette Stingray. It has a loop track included in the set. It has one battery operated control for both cars. Almost all the track is single lane except for a lane charger. Here, from the slot car museum in Houston Texas are 2 of the accessories VIP made in 1959. They are hard to find because they were made for such a short time and they didn't sell well. Back in the day Riko was the go to make in the UK mainly due to the pocket money prices . I still have a few of these cars most were pretty basic copys of the monogram 2 piece pressed brass chassis but later ones were good in there own right . I'm in the process of getting a couple of Tamiya aluminium side winder chassis together and was wondering if there is anyone that has a source of NOS suspension springs ? Yes I know that I can find alternative like from pens and other sources but I would like to see if I can find some original ones.
