This week, I share some HUGE news about my Karma Art Club co-working space for artists, prompting me to reflect on the MAGIC unfolding in my art career. It's a testament to the power of perseverance and sticking to the plan. Additionally, I have a serendipitous encounter at Jiwa Community garden with the writer and novelist Inga Panten. I wrap up the podcast with a brief conversation with two of my art therapy clients, Nikki and Mas.

So my Bali orphanage project is finally in the works. Last week I visited Bali Hope Children's Home and started what will be an amazing collaboration and relationship with this incredible organisation. This is a really heart warming episode and I also discuss a valuable lesson I have learned over the last couple of weeks about how important it is for my mental health for me to keep my content creation intuitive rather than scheduled. Thanks so much for joining me on this journey legends.

So I'm now back in the UK its been a tough transition. I nearly didn't record a full podcast due to being physically and emotionally exhausted. However something magical happened when I heard from an old friend and when I surrendered to the mindset of not forcing myself to deliver and to put myself first.
Also hear my amazing experience of my first ever life drawing class. I met and inspirational lady empowered by modelling even after years of body trauma due to cancer surgeries.

In response to all the kind messages I received after last weeks episode. I wanted to tell you all about why I have been feeling a bit low lately.
For me creating this podcast is just as powerful as writing a journal when I get sad I like to get creative to help manage my mindset.
I want to be open an honest about my mental health on this show in hope that I can reach some people that might need to hear that they are not alone when going through times like these.

I'm teaming up with the famous digital artist Jane Koluga to paint a mural project at an orphanage in Bali Indonesia.
Jane is a highly skilled and talented artist in multiple mediums.
In this conversation we talk about how digital art helped develop Jane’s beautiful & iconic surrealistic style and also how it helped free her to lead the life of a digital nomad visiting multiple countries and creating wonderful murals everywhere she goes for people and places that might need a bit of her light, joy & magic. We discuss the orphanage mural project and how we are going to execute it ..read more

This week I go out of my comfort zone and dip into the practise of meditation. I have always thought meditation is not for me but right now I want to challenge this and see if I can add this tool in my personal therapy. I thought the best way to do this would be to dive straight into the deep end by leading a guided meditation myself.
Please reach out and let me know what thought of it and if it helped you at all.

This week I want to introduce to you the artist known as "Blindboy Boatclub". This chap is my paragon mentor and has inspired everything I am doing in the arts and mental health space. He was a huge influence on my decision to quit my previous job and pursue a career as a full time artist and content creator.
Also this week, inspired by Blindboys own podcast I also want to add a new musical element to this podcast's ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response)
