For many, wild swimming is a way of life, but it all starts with that first swim. If you have even the slightest interest in entering the water, we highly recommend that you give it a go. Wholesome World is a new app (approved by the NHS) that has launched to assist all of your nutritional and home health understanding, alongside pushing the awareness of authorised medicinal research.
