Just purchased this little fellow Saturday..First UTV( hell, first TV period)..According to the previous owner it has: new top end kit, the top has been chopped by a few inches, custom flat bed, , 2" lift & HD springs & a snorkel kit. 5k winch w/synthetic rope. Removable doors( not sure if that is standard). I have a 2012 side by side that won’t start just turns over , I have good spark good fuel pressure cleaned the connections brand new battery checked spark plug wires and new spark plug . I replaced the one way clutch bearing and clutch but I noticed the timing chain looked really loose and don’t know if that’s causing my problems ..read more

when I remove the one way bearing do I need to replace it with a different bearing or just reassemble the housing/gaskets ect ..read more

hello, i bought a 2008 700 prowler xtx with the turf saver diff. bought new ring gear from a xt, and axle shafts from i believe a 650 xt. tried to change them out to make mine a posi, but the axle shafts are an inch or so to short? does anyone have the right make and model that i should be ordering my shafts from to make this change? cant live with the herky jerky starts on the turf saver! i can watch my rear drive shaft make about 10 turns before the turf saver clutch pak engages and turns... 2008 prowler 700 xtx turfsaver ..read more

Hi all. I have a 2009 prowler 650H1. Having issues with engine kickback. Looking for what is called a starter torque limiter. You remove one of the starter gears and replace it with this torque limiter which has a small clutch in it that will slip when the torque gets too high. I am reading where some have installed them to protect the starter and gears but can't find where to source one. Hope to hear from someone. Thanks ..read more
