I have a 2009 Teryx 750. Bought the machine with a shattered transmission rebuilt the transmission going from neutral to any gear (H,L,R) is grinds. Brakes are on. New primary clutch, new belt, shims removed then shims added. Idle down to the machine struggling to stay alive. Shift linkage adjust to the service manual specs. Both clutches move at idle grinding the gears. Why is this happening. Go in gear with a slight click when the machine is off. An go in and out of all the gears just fine... Looking for some help. Purchased a 2010 Trerex 750 with 1,000 miles. Test drive went well got home and looses power on hill. Ran great sporadically. Removed fuel line to check pressure and ran great for a few minutes then began loosing power again especially on hills. Replaced fuel pump, checked plugs, cleaned air filter spark arrestor and still has no power not even sporadically now. Any ideas? Seems to be an electronic issue. I have a Teryx that will not crank . Fully charged battery. When it was installed, "there was a spark " (I wasn't there) and after that no crank. I've checked all the fuses up front and they are good. I know this is a simple solution, I don't have a wiring diagram today. And what I found on the internet isn't what I need. Ended up going with Sedona Sano 14x7 5+2 bead locks with Sedona Rock-a-Billy 30x10r14 tires. No spacers front or rear. A little more preload up front to raise the ride height a hair (15" even, front and rear clearance now). SATV full 1/2" UHMW skid plate. Trimmed the front bumper, painted front fenders, and trimmed the factory decals for a different look. Badlands 5k winch with a KFI winch mount. I have 2018 800 le in the shop we put new bevel gears and a new case in it put it all together now it doesn't run great. Getting a popping through he rear throttle body once it starts popping usually shuts off but will crank back up with no problems. We have check timing a couple times swap injectors and coils and changed spark plugs tried a new fuel pump. Rear cylinder is running rich. I bought an old 2008 Teryx 750 and don't know much about it. It has it's good days and bad and sometimes on the same day. I do a lot of slow riding following my dog when I take her out to run. About 50% of the time the thing would run great then it seemed like one cylinder had a miss then back to running great the next time out. I put new plugs, new fuel filter, cleaned the air filter and checked the tank vent tube. Now it runs crappy all the time. Wide open throttle it seems fine and plenty...
