January 2023 EB 5 News and Updates USCIS Issues Proposed Rule to increase I-526E form & other filing fees USCIS ushered in the new year with some grim EB 5 news as they issued a new proposal on Jan 3 2023 to increase the filing fees on many of the immigration petition forms.
