As a Nashville Native, I grew up going to 30A. We stayed in a house called Wright by the Sea (which is no longer there BTW) and enjoyed bike riding, Modico Market and all the Seaside things before the Truman Show made this rainbow beachside place so popular. But I married an Alabama guy and his family spent their beach days in St Augustine Beach, so that’s where my in-laws take us every year. I’ve loved the change of pace in this still undiscovered place. I wanted to share all the details of where to stay, eat and things to do - plus, an unexpected and unique beach feature. If you are looking ..read more

Here are your 10 most loved products for the month of May. Lots of great dupes at Wayfair including the West Elm Lumini rug and the Ballard Designs Herringbone rug. Also the white crop tee I can’t stop reaching for, the best bag for the beach and pool this year, and the hair tool y’all keep selling out! Happy summer ☀️
Galan Console Table
This sleek console table is super narrow and perfect as an entryway table for a narrow space or a sofa table. We paired ours with our West Elm Harmony sofa and its just the right height.

I thought it’d be fun to share a peak into my daily routine as a hybrid stay at home mom of two boys under four (for another few weeks at least). I find it really easy to idealize the life of other moms who I just know are doing it with better, more perfectly, and with cleaner floors. Sometimes I wish I could be a fly on the wall of other mom’s hard moments like when they raise their voice, forget their kids water bottle in the front seat or have to put their kids in front of the tv because today has been a day (and its only 9:12am). I hope this will encourage you and maybe even give you a few ..read more

Unless you are living under a rock, then you’ve probably seen the flashing ads and sing song-y songs for the Way Day sale going on yesterday and today. I’ve shared some of my favorite purchases from Wayfair for our home, as well as some great designer West Elm and Ballard Designs dupes I’ve found for a whole lot less.
Today I’m sharing a few surprising tips for shopping at Wayfair and some other great deals going on during the sale. I’m a big fan of the annual Wayday sale over at Wayfair where you can find 1000s of furniture pieces for so much less. In fact, its my go to store for finding hom ..read more

This was a slower month for me and I blame it on having a blast with visiting cousins, (another) sinus infection and one book that I can’t quite get through (maybe I need to call it quits). You can always catch what I’m reading in real time and other book ideas on Instagram. I save everything in my “books” highlight and share as I finish books too. You can see what I read in previous months here. Here’s what I read this month:
April Books! What I've read this month.
The Housemaid
This is the prequel to the Housemaid’s Secret which I loved. I don’t think it matters which order you read them in ..read more

If you’ve followed me for a bit, then you know I’m a huge fan of the postpartum nursing cart. Another postpartum essential is a recovery kit. There are many pre-made kits like this one that lansinoh so generously shared with me. But recently, I had THE SWEETEST grandma-to-be reach out because she is wanting to put together a “new mom” basket for her daughter when she comes home from the hospital and thought I might have some thoughts about what to put in it.

In a world brimming with hair care options, it's easy to feel overwhelmed when trying to choose the right products for your locks. Three brands that have been making waves in the industry are Prose, Ouai, and Vegamour. But what sets them apart, and which one might be the best fit for you? I tried three popular hair care products to see if these splurge-y brands are worth it. Here’s what I found:
About my hair: I have medium thickness hair, dry scalp, my hair is frizzy and is wavy but not curly. I’m a red head at heart although these days it’s showing some grey.
