Timothy Ferguson was 15 years-old when he passed away while in the 'care' of his mother, Shanda Vander Ark. While he lived with her in May 2021-July 2022, he was tortured by his mother and brother by way of humiliation, starvation, forcing him to take ice baths, and physical abuse.
