Thank you to the blog member who contacted me to ask if there is a plan to support Lucy on 25 April, the day of her leave to appeal hearing. Here are some thoughts. Although it has been reported in the media (see https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-68378750) that Lucy's leave to appeal hearing at the Court of Appeal in London has been "set" for 25 April, my understanding (derived from contact with the court itself) is that it has been "pencilled in" for that date.
