Just wondering what most folk are using during their daytime riding.
I’ve seen a lot of Triumphs with just their DRL’s being used. I’m not sure that they are super bright…!
What’s your thoughts ?

We’ve just watched the sprint and main race from Jerez. Both absolutely incredible spectacles. No spoilers. Everything that can make the championship so exciting and F1 like a merry-go-round. Worth catching up on, even if you’re just a casual fan.

So there I was yesterday, happily riding minding my own business when some blind moron pulled out 10 yards in front of me. Nothing to be done.
Bike probably a write-off, me 5 fractured ribs, 2 with multiple fractures. Ouch…
So I’m now in the ICU, not because I’m in critical condition, but on account of having a tube in my spine through which they feed me very powerful drugs I need to be monitored. They put a tube somewhere else too, which I did not like .
Hopefully I’ll be out of here to convalesce at home in about 5 or 6 days.

After the bad news today I thought, seeing as getting a card signed by everyne is a bit impractical, it might be a nice idea if we have a place just for messages to @Vulpes . No chat, just your messages for Wim.

Hi all just want to let you all know that Wim (@Vulpes ) rang me earlier this evening. He is in hospital having been t-boned today on his bike . He is sore with four broken ribs and a partial collapsed lung. The bike is a right off. I’m sure at some point when he is feeling better he will give us an update on his status. For now I’m sure you will join me in wishing him a speedy recovery.

Hi Everyone, new to the forum and new to Triumph bikes.
Here is the story. I’m being offered a 2019 Scrambler 1200XC that was abandoned by the owner who moved to another country some years ago at a very low price. The problem is that the bike has NO keys.
Since the bike was imported from the US to Panama there is no way of contacting the original dealer that sold the bike yo have the keys remade.
The question is, if I buy all the components (2 different ECUs, Key Fob, immobilizer antena, lock set and a few more parts) from a wrecked bike on eBay, can I just switch all of them and will that wor ..read more
