Warriedar Resources Limited advise that a second ground EM survey has been completed at the Golden Range and Fields Find Projects, in the Murchison province of Western Australia. This second program was carried out by Gap Geophysics under the direction of Newexco Exploration, leaders in EM survey planning and data modelling. Newexco modelled the data each evening during the survey, ensuring each target anomaly was fully “covered”. Preliminary modelling results are excellent and bode well for targeted successful drilling of the conductors. HIGHLIGHTS: Ground Electromagnetic (EM) surveying comp ..read more

A Sub-Audio Magnetic (SAM) survey has commenced over the 7.7km of strike length of the Joyner’s and Brilliant Shear zones at Gold Duke Project with the primary objective being to map structural and lithological detail in the bedrock. Of particular interest is the use of SAM to map below the Permian cover in the north of the Kingfisher block. “The use of modern geophysical techniques is a fantastic opportunity to determine the sub-surface geology and potential controls of mineralisation along the Joyner’s and Brilliant Shear Zones” Highlights Commencement of Sub-Audio Magnetics (SAM) survey ov ..read more

New geophysical surveys by Gap Geophysics have highlighted a number of conductive features within the Cathedrals Belt that are compelling targets for the extension of nickel-copper sulphide mineralisation including: A large conductive area identified adjacent to the intersection of the Ida Fault and Cathedrals Belt, a highly prospective location for the potential concentration of nickelcopper sulphide mineralisation Two conductive anomalies identified in the northern section of the Investigators Prospect, favourably located down-dip and along strike of known high-grade nickel-copper sulphides ..read more

The latest nuggets come from the 18 test pits dug back in January and total 76 grams of the precious yellow metal. The explorer says with the latest results in hand, planning for a maiden drill program will now begin. The sub audio magnetics, or ‘SAM’ survey that started in October 2021 is now complete and interpreted and Cyclone said the test pits are now being located on the interpreted SAM structures for validation. Importantly, the positive results from the test pits indicate the survey has been successful in identifying gold-bearing structures. The company proposed running the SAM survey ..read more

World-class gold and tungsten assays are being reported by Transition Resources Pty Ltd (Transition) from drilling at their new greenfield discovery in Cloncurry, in Queensland’s north-west. The results add weight to the privately-owned, research-focused explorer’s 2020 claims to have “hit the jackpot”, by discovering a possible multi-billion-tonne, gold-rich mineral system within its tenements, dubbed the “Highway Corridor”. The Highway Corridor is over 21km long and is previously unknown to the region. It includes important critical metals tungsten, cobalt, and high-value rare earth elements ..read more

Gap Geophysics is conducting a DHEM survey at the drill-hole KJCD481D3 for KGL Resources. The company said the DHEM response and interpretation would be important for guiding further drilling, particularly given the intersection from the fourth Rockface hole. The visually high-grade intersection does not correspond to any of the known EM conductors at Rockface even though the mineralisation is expected to be highly conductive and responsive to DHEM. The DHEM response and interpretation will be important for guiding further drilling, and will highlight the potential for resource extensions. Hig ..read more

Ragnar Metals announced breakthrough assay and geophysics results from recent drilling and SAM geophysics programs at the Leeds Gold Project located 20km south of the Goldfields St Ives gold mining camp in Kambalda. The results of the SAM geophysics survey are compelling, and several implications are suggested from the images: A. A new potential high-grade structure has been potentially discovered to the northeast of historic drilling at Leeds as indicated by the breakthrough intersection of 4 m at 6.6 g/t Au in RAG018. The SAM geophysics images indicate this structure trends north-northeast a ..read more
