My Artic cat keeps blowing the starter fuse when giving it gas after a dead stop. Replaced the voltage regulator and solenoid. Also replaces the wiring harness to the regulator which was burnt. A few months back a guy fixed my wench, he said a wire came loose and fixed it. Wench works fine but now my starter fuse keeps blowing. Any suggestions on what to check would be greatly appreciated. Hello, First post so apologies if in the wrong area or incorrect info needed for help diagnosing. I am rebuilding an abandoned 2004 650 V2 and have started going through everything but ran into an issue. I had a single spark to both plugs so went the easiest route first and changed bot coils and wires and put freshly plugs in and unless I am going crazy it was firing properly so I moved on and replaced the fuel pump and lines and completed the carb rebuild and put everything back together... 2004 Arctic Cat 650 V2 Spark issue ..read more

This machine will crank and crank when the engine is cold even in warm weather. Once it has been running and shut off it will start up again easily. Help ..read more

Ok its been awhile since I have been on the site but no issues until today changed out the lower rad hose due to wear rubbing on plastic ,put new coolant in filled the rad fired the bike up let the air out of the system ,bike was getting hot then on the display temp starting flashing . I have a 2005 artic cat 400 and my regulator went out while riding and my battery about exploded I tried to ride it back to the truck and it died and wouldn’t start back up. got a new battery and regulator I was getting about 20v with the bad regulator. I now have the recommended amount 14.5. But now my speed on my dash won’t register it just shows 0mph and my lowbeam and tail lights won’t work all my fuses are good don’t seem to know the issue. So far looking for parts and searching serial numbers, most seem to be a different format than what’s on this bike. 4UF06ATVX6T246422 Is printed on little white sticker inside frame. Hey all, looking for advice before I go to the dealer. What are some of the signs your bevel gears are done? Mine is making a weird whining noise coming from the clutch/ belt cover. Gets louder with more rpm. Only when in gear. Almost feels like belt is slipping. It's 2010 with straight cut. I'm hoping it's not that as I just learned they are no longer making them.
