I recently "blew the motor" after taking it for a test drive after replacing a whole pile of suspension and steering parts. HELP!!!!! My 03 Prairie 650 SRA Carbureted stopped working while i was out on a ride. it just suddenly cut out, i had no issues with fuel pump prior. The Brown wire leading to the fuel pump is getting power, the fuel pump relay is getting power and so is the other relay. Still the fuel pump wont cut on. I read somewhere that the CDI box controls the grounding and the CDI doesnt ground the fuel pump unless the rollover sensor is good. So i guess im asking if anybody has been through this... So, I purchased a 1 owner Kawasaki prairie 650, finally got it running and riding. I took it on my first ride and i may have got something wet. My fuel pump cut out while i was riding home and i couldn't get it to cut back on. I'm on the home stretch of my 420 project, only to run into an issue. I got ready to finally start the bike, only to have the fuel pump not get any power. I've checked all connections, buffed the powdercoat off all ground points, swapped in a new fuel pump, ecm, and CDI off a running 420, and still nothing when I turn the key on. Hello guys new to site. I have a 14 brute 750 and it will fire up and run for a few seconds the shut off just like you hit the kill switch. It will not start again until i turn key off and then back on. I have checked the tip over switch and that is all good. Have also checked the ignition switch grey wire and have got 6 volts going to cdi so that should be good. Any other input or ideas that could help me? Thanks in advance ..read more

I know about the catch can mod of the yfz 450 to get the oil out of the air box from Ridin wheelies or going up real steep inclines on the brute but could you just put a one way valve on the vent line to keep the oil from running into air box instead of cast he can so the crankcase can still vent but not let oil pass into the air box? I have googled and googled, found that for the most part you can fit 31's on it with shocks cranked. just wondering if any of you guys here know ? i'm looking at putting 31's on it , I plan on putting a lift on it too, just I wont have the lift in by the time I need the 31's on for a ride. lol ..read more
