Recently got Wiseco rings and piston in my rig, had the head gone through with new valve seals and went through carb with a kit. After all that its now showing no compression and backfires through carb and shoots flames out of exhaust port. It seems to be in time, waiting for my shim kit to get here but was wondering if anyone had anymore advice on what to check. Hey everyone, I just finished a 09 z400 w/434 bbk, stage 2 hotcams, full hmf exhaust, and no airbox lid. I just bought a power commander 5 to tune it and cant find a map on the website thats anywhere near my build. Does anyone know where I can get one or does anyone have a custom tune thats close to my build? I would get the autotune but from what I understand it doesnt work well with the hotcams. I have a 2004 Eiger Automatic Transmission. When I place it in high gear and accelerate it pulls at first, but then jumps out of gear. The gears will grind and then re-engage. Once it re-engages, it seems to stay in gear for as long as I don't move the shifter. Could this be a wore out shifter or is my problem in the transmission ..read more
