Brute 650 carb rebuild kit - any good ones?

I have a new to me 2007 Brute 650 SRA. It had sat for 2 years. I've changed the gas out, put in a new fuel pump, plugs, and battery, and taken the carb out to rebuild it. I tried using a kit off of Amazon - that was a joke. I ended up cleaning the old jets and got it running again. But, I'd still like to rebuild it. Does anyone have a source for quality rebuild kits? I've got an 2006 brute 650i that dropped time. I'm looking to rebuild the motor and have experience and tools to do so. I just want to know roughly what I am looking at in cost and where to find parts for that motor. Which parts are interchangeable from the 650 SRA and 750s. I would like more power but am also on a budget. Just general information ..read more

New here, looking for advice on a rebuild kit. I bought my bike after knowing it had been submerged and needed a project. It has sand in the plugs resulting in scared cylinders. Milky oil after draining and solids in the oil filter. I'm going to do a complete stage 4 rebuild on the bike, but I'm having trouble finding a true stage 4 kit. Closest I can find is all parts minus the intake and exhaust valves and springs. Can someone point me in the right direction for the right kit and which... 07 750 Engine Rebuild - Which Kit ..read more

First time going to adjust the valves on this machine and wondering how much time should i allow? is this an all day or all weekend event? Obviously air box needs to come out. I found a couple of videos that seem to show just about all the body parts come off and even a tire. Hopefully the front rack does not have to come off because i have the radiator relocated. Any advice? Any videos that are good? Thanks ..read more

I got a 2010 750 Brute that is in need of some TLC. For starters there is a wire broke off at the connector for the fuel relay. I either need a whole new 4 pin female connector or a pin that will fit in the existing connector. The problem is that I don’t have any clue where I am going to find it. I have been crossing a couple pins in there to fire up the pump when I want to start it. Secondly, the old girl only runs on one cylinder until it gets warm or you really cram on it. Since she is... Hey everyone, I feel like this horse might have been beaten half to death But when I did a search I didn't come across exactly what I was looking for. I'm not going for sound I was looking more for performance, are the gains worth it to do a full exhaust or will a slip-on be sufficient over a factory muffler? 2015 Brute 750 ..read more

I was looking at the back end of by BF the other day and I noticed two wire connections above the rear shock . I looked it up on the owners manual and found out its a Auxiliary Electrical Accessory connector. Apparently used for a back up light if needed as it is only powered up in reverse. Anyone use this for a back up light ..read more

Will KEBC delete help with 2WD/4WD flashing ?

hello, I have a problem with 2WD/4WD flashing. Subsequently, my motor does not brake and I cannot switch 2WD or 4WD. I can fix it by unplugging the 4WD box and plugging it in again. But now it happens to me almost every ride. I found the KEBC delete wire harness but I want to make sure if it really fixes this problem. I would like to buy it but without the 4WD manual kit. Will it fix this error for me? There is the video of my problem: [ATTACH... Will KEBC delete help with 2WD/4WD flashing ..read more
