The attitude — either do it right or not at all — sounds great. Being fully committed. But we have to be careful not to confuse one's commitment to change with the behavior change process itself, because the research is clear that small steps is the way to success. Check out this episode if you've ever tried following recommendations by your healthcare professionals, health coaches, etc. but found it difficult even having been motivated.
