So the story is. I have a PS5 and wanted to get into sim racing with a Playseat challenge and a Logitech steering wheel. However it’s wired to a wall mounted TV which is about a meter/ 1.5 meters off the ground and can’t be moved down. Would it be worth it to try and run this setup or is the TV too high? Im worried about weird FOVS and busting my neck ..read more

Not sure if anyone plays the F1 games, but EA have a site called Racenet where you can view your time trial laps along with telemetry and add other cars from the leader board or your friends list. It's a great tool and I'd really recommend it. My EA name is Fingergunz, steam name is ShooterMacG, add me if you like F1 23 ..read more

So with the missus having approved my purchase of wheel and chair for some father/son bonding time I'm looking at games to play. He's only 5 so no worries there , I'll be picking the games I have Forza 7 and Horizon 3 for the Xbox one x and I purchased the logitech g920 to use on both the xbox and pc. I'm just getting into this so wanted to know people's thoughts on the other games like F1, Project Cars 2, Dirt Rally, Dirt 4 etc ..read more

Probably talking to myself on here with the lack of activity lately but here goes: I wasn't even aware of a new F1 game imminent until I saw a video from Gamertag VR previewing F122 with Native VR Support! https://youtu.be/NR-OsEkYQIo Looks like it will be a cracker of a Simcade game, no idea how simmy it is compared to previous titles ..read more

Picked this up last night but I haven't tried it yet. A friend I used to race online with was playing it last night and reckons it's absolutely brilliant. I'm gonna set my rig up and have a go tonight. I'm looking forward to getting back in the saddle after being away for so long. Might even have a quick go of ACC to see what the new update did for it ..read more

Hi all I play driving games (GT Sport F1 2021) on a PS5 in the main room of my house. I also have two kids who are liable to pull at anything and everything. So basically, I haven't got a wheel setup, though I'd really like one. Can anyone recommend a setup that could be put away relatively easily? Do'nt want to spend huge money if possible. Guessing one that works with a normal chair would be best, if not the most comfortable. Thanks ..read more

Spent hours trying to get it going in and out of setting on games to no avail. Checked games that we have and they are on list. I feel its something small but i don't have the gaming brain. So i have been playing a lot and testing various sims for the last month or so pretty extensively it has to be said with many hours gone into each one. But why? you might say. As we know racing sims unlike most other genres see many many years of updates and continued support so they often change dramatically over the years. Now they are all fantastic sims but i keep coming back to R3E and AMS2. RF2 while also fantastic in every way is such a chore to setup per car/track/series so ive more or less put it to one side for now. ACC feels so lacklustre to me compared to the others AMS2 and R3E w ..read more
