In this episode Graeme interviews solicitor Jeff Johnson. They discuss the second lie Max Sica was alleged to have told. That alleged lie was that Max Sica arrived at the murder scene at 2.00pm and not 2.20pm as he claimed to police. The crown alleged he spent that time possibly cleaning up the crime scene. Jeff Johnson has been working pro bono as Max Sica’s solicitor for 3 years. He provides a fascinating insight to the ‘behind the scenes’ work involved in preparing a petition in a murder case.
