Im Very Glad to say January is OVER, few that was a painful month. But Feb is feeling a bit easier, the days are getting longer, hove is seaming happier! Even the daffodils are making an appearance. Just to remind you Im back working as a sports massage therapist in brighton and hove, dealing with many different injuries, back aches, shoulder pain. Lots of MOT massages to help with the Brighton marathon training.

Lock down in Brighton and hove
Sports massage Hove had to close its doors in mid march due to the corona virus.
So what have I been doing in the lock down?
It's a bloody good question! I honestly don't know definitely struggling with home schooling then giving up and then feeling guilty of not home schooling- this spiral is still continuing! I have started running – yes running you herd me – I’m trying to loose weight for a Brazilin Jujitsu competition and I thought I give running a go.

Nick is a Sports Mobile Therapist in Brighton and Hove, I have been working mostly a mobile therapist this year. Treating a huge varsity of lovely clients helping with minor injuries such as sprained ankles, muscles strains, tight shoulders and stiff neck. Also more major injuries such as slipped disks and fractures.
