Bonded Spirit Bluegrass Festival and Cocktail Competition 2024 On Saturday, March 2nd Court St. in Covington was alive with the rhythmic twang and soulful melodies of bluegrass music as we celebrated Covington’s own John G. Carlisle and the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897 with a cocktail competition and Grammy-nominated bluegrass music.
