The Gauntlet is coming to Diablo 4 next week. As revealed by the team at yesterday's Campfire Chat, The Gauntlet – which goes live on Tuesday 5th March – is a fixed, non-linear dungeon that "will pit players of the same class against each other for top rank". The Gauntlet will reset at 4pm UK time every Tuesday, with the next trial going live at 6.15 p.m. the same day. "Obtain Proofs of Might by slaying demons, opening chests, and completing events," the team teased. A PC port of Sucker Punch's critically-acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima could be announced as early as next week. That's according to XboxEra's Nick Baker, who hinted on X/Twitter that news about the long-anticipated port could be coming as soon as next Tuesday, 5th March. Bethesda has revealed that the next big Starfield update will deploy in Steam Beta form next week. In a series of tweets posted to X/Twitter, the team confirmed that this update was focused on quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes in preparation for "more features and content" coming later this year. The full details aren't expected until next week, but Bethesda has teased that you'll finally be able to use your scanner whilst harvesting resources or opening doors, and should you set course for an inactive mission, the UI will auto-magically set it active once more. Payday 3's "Operation Medic Bag" patch is now available. Bringing in "key improvements and features", developer Starbreeze says the update is a "focused effort responding to community expectations and improving the quality" of the beleaguered FPS, and includes "sought-after" features as well as 300 tweaks to improve matchmaking, stability, and even the gameplay. EA and BioWare are "pretty confident" that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf will be released later this year. That's according to industry insider Jeff Grubb, who said on yesterday's Game Mess podcast that whilst it wasn't clear when the game would next be shown, "it will be released this year". Up front: I have never played Final Fantasy 7. I'm one of those unbearable hipsters who has only played 12, and won't shut up about it. Balatro, the poker-themed rogue-like from solo developer LocalThunk that's been a huge critical and commercial hit following its release last week, has been unexpectedly yanked from sale in some countries, with publisher Playstack blaming the issue on a surprise ratings change. Four new cast members have been announced for The Last of Us Season 2. As reported by Variety, Danny Ramirez, Tati Gabrielle, Ariela Barer and Spencer Lord have all joined HBO's adaptation.
