Looking for the best cellular video cam that you use or have read/seen proof of. The videos that you can request..not off the card. I've seen some great Tactacam ones but not sure which cameras(I don't care to sign up to other forums etc just to ask) and I'm aware of Spartan's and GardePro's because I have them. Looking at mainly daytime ones so the flash type doesn't matter. I just started using these camera tree mounts and for the price I'd give them so far. They seem well built... Read more ..read more

I thought I would call attention to a very neat program run by the Wisconsin DNR called Snapshot Wisconsin. I will supply a link and share a few trail cam photos from the camera that I host. The programs end goal is to put in place around 5500 cameras state wide, one per 9 square mile block. The State pays for the camera, supplies the rechargeable batteries , charger and SD cards. I was fortunate to have my land in a block that was not already being hosted and received my camera about 3... Read more ..read more

Spartan Go Cam Smell or sound?

I have several Spartan Go Cams I use as one offs to go with my Cuddelinks. Has anyone used them or had any issues with deer's reaction to them? They take good pictures, but last evening I was hunting near one and just about every deer that entered the field past the camera (which is over 6' off the ground) came up behind the tree and as they passed the tree with the camera in it, looked right up at it. I have another buck on the property that I've gotten 1 or 2 pictures of with the spartan... Read more ..read more

StealthCam finally has a white flash out again(pic only though), and then they have a revolving camera(didn't Moultrie have one?). I'm surprised a company doesn't have one with just 2 cams back to back in the same unit. https://www.bowhunter.com/editorial/new-trail-cameras-2024/488923 https://www.bowhunting.com/article/new-trail-cameras-for-2024 ..read more

I love my Tactacam cellular! Thinking I'd like to have another or 2. But, I don't want to spend a fortune on cellular plans. Is there a way to get multiple plans cheaper than the full $120/yr unlimited plan? Is there a multiple discount or something similar ..read more

I've been trying for eight days (five different chats/convos now) to get a RMA issued to me so I can send back a defective camera and pay to "upgrade" to a newer model. Long story short, their website form isn't working and they can't do anything manually without that working apparently. When I chat with someone via online chat or phone, I'm told they can't take anything over the phone and need that site working again to process and that someone else will check into and get back to me... I received a free Muddy Matrix Cell Camera with my DeerCast renewal, so I thought I would post my "first impressions." This is my 9th year using cell cams, and they have come a long way from the original "two-piece" Moultrie Mobiles on 3G. I purchased the unlimited account for the camera, as I have been pinning for the at a particular location, and the Cuddeback and SpyPoint plans I am using are not unlimited. The unlimited is $10 for pictures/video with audio and on-demand when a year-long... Read more ..read more
