The latest addition to our yummy range, is our Original Granola. An Oat free sourdough granola.
Here is 5 ways we like to enjoy it:
1- With your favourite yoghurt. Whether it's a creamy soy yogurt, or a thick greek yogurt, both are delicious with a sprinkling of crunchy sourdough granola. We like ours with a few slices of strawberry too.
2-Kids snack. Our granola makes a delicious addition to your kid's favourite snack plate. A great high fibre alternative to bread sticks, or crisps.

Gluten-free, Vegan Peach & Vanilla Pie
Ingredients:
Pie crust:
400g Super Sourdough flour mix
250g plant-based butter/margarine
100g brown sugar
12g gluten-free baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp apple sauce
1/2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Filling:
1 carton of Alpro vanilla custard
200g canned peach in syrup-approx.
100g apricot jam
5 nectarines
couple drops of pink and orange food colouring gel (optional)

Gluten-Free Chocolate Banana Bread
Ingredients:
Dough:
1.5 cup New Italian sourdough mix
1 cup gluten-free oats
0.5 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoon maple/rice/date syrup
3 tablespoon peanut butter
2-3 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup plant-based milk
3 ripe bananas

1 tbsp coconut oil
3/4 cup brown sugar

Good pinch salt
100g Cadbury’s Mini Eggs (for vegans use vegan alternative- Our suggestion is the Doisy & Dam Good Eggs)

15g desiccated coconut
15g cocoa powder
40g light soft brown sugar
100mls warm water
Chocolate sauce to serve
