When the going gets though, the though get going. I love this phrase, it always made sense to me. When life gets you down, you have to pick yourself back up again. Struggling with mental health is 1 step forwards 2 steps back. But you have to keep pushing to get yourself through this. “Time doesn't heal. It’s what you do with the time. Some of those last posts hit very close to home. I had to take a break from looking inside and just write. Write to clear my head, write to stay busy. Trying to find distraction so your mind can't play tricks on you. Most of the time it keeps the demons at bay. But what do I use to help me cope?
