According to a Jan. 4 LinkedIn post from One3 Design, its current CEO Clay Martin has purchased One3 from its founder, former CEO and owner, Tom Boe. Martin assumed the role as CEO of One3 Design in 2022. One3 Design, along with Redshield Electronics (now Mach) was part of the team that designed the AMOS fully electric autonomous power unit tractor prototype. An Indonesian court has found a top trade ministry official, a prominent economist and three palm oil executives guilty for violating requirements to ensure supplies of palm oil for the domestic market. The five were convicted of conspiring to export crude palm oil to the international market, where prices are higher, rather than allocating it for the Indonesian market, where the government had imposed a price cap. In an effort to improve food safety and reduce the risk of eating spoiled meat, Concordia researchers have designed a new technology that identifies the presence of the toxin putrescine in beef. Putrescine is responsible for the noxious odors of putrefying meats.
